We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to help adventurers everywhere get equipped for their next journey into the wild.

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our gear just like we stand behind our commitment to your satisfaction. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned products must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Important Exceptions: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fire Starting equipment that has been used or opened
  • Hydration systems that have been used or removed from their original packaging

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

2Wait for Instructions

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

3Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include all documentation. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange a replacement and cover return shipping costs.
