- Standard Shipping: DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch – $12.95
- Free Shipping: EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch – Free for orders over $50
Delivery Times:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
Import Duties and Taxes:

Exceptions:

- Fire Starting equipment that has been used or opened
- Hydration systems that have been used or removed from their original packaging
Return Process:

- Wait for return authorization and instructions (within 2 business days)
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all documentation

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method

Exchanges:
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
Defective or Damaged Items:
