  • Standard Shipping: DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch – $12.95
  • Free Shipping: EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch – Free for orders over $50

Import Duties and Taxes:

Exceptions:

  • Fire Starting equipment that has been used or opened
  • Hydration systems that have been used or removed from their original packaging

  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all documentation

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Defective or Damaged Items:
